Hey! I’m Adison Barnhart, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Intuitive Eating Expert who believes eating and exercise should never cause stress or guilt!

Like many women, I have spent the majority of my life dieting and trying to shrink my body. I was obsessed with food, counted macros like it was my job and my anxiety would skyrocket if I missed a workout. I went as far as becoming a professional bikini bodybuilder before I realized I could no longer live my life like this anymore! I was absolutely fed up with it and knew there had to be another way.

During my Masters Degree, I found Intuitive Eating and it saved me. I began my journey towards becoming an intuitive eater with no guidance whatsoever. It was one of the most difficult things I have ever done and I knew I didn’t want anyone to have to go through it alone. My struggles allowed me to create my Food Freedom Program, Live Intuitively and help so many other women heal their relationship with food, body and exercise.
